ALL LEVELS: Chair Dance
What if chairs were meant for more than sitting?
Do you ever just look at a chair and think, “can I get upside down on that?” Great! Let's get weird all over that thing! You'll learn some light acrobatics and fun chair work, covering the basics of transitioning from chair and floor tricks, while maintaining the flow of a routine.
Recommended attire: knee pads, long socks or yoga pants. Modifications will be given if needed. All levels welcome!
