PREREQUISITE: Familiarity with (if not mastery of) skills from *BEGINNER* Pole Dance, Pole Tricks, and Low Flow/Floorwork classes (or having taken all these at least 3 times *each*), such as pirouettes, static spins (around the world/fireman, backhook, angel/reverse grab), shoulder rolls, basic center or side climbs, thigh sit and jasmine holds. As a mixed-level class this is NOT suitable for anyone that is *brand new* to pole.
DESCRIPTION: In this class we crank up the tempo and variety of the choreography for students with some experience learning the foundations of movement and flow around the pole, on your feet and lower to the ground! Instructor may be teaching barefoot or in platform stilettos. NOTE: for safety, these MUST have rubber (or other similar material) on the outsole under toebox to grip the floor and must be secured around your full ankle (i.e. no slip-on/mule-style shoes) -- if instructor deems any shoes unsuitable for class student can dance barefoot.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING: Short (booty) shorts; knee pads optional; stilettos recommended; must bring yoga mat, towel, 70% isopropyl/rubbing alcohol, and water.
