DESCRIPTION: This class is for all levels and is beginner friendly!
The invert is the basis of so many other aerial pole tricks, and is really fun. Proper inversion technique helps you build strength and prevent injury. We will train on the floor and on the pole to warm up our cores and get familiar with basic inverting step-by-step. We will also allow some time to practice a trick or 2 on the floor and prep to bring them into the air.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING: Must wear short-shorts, and well-fitted top (tank or bra) given the possibilty of needing torso skin exposed to stick to pole. Expect a barefoot class. Always bring yoga mat, towel, 70% isopropyl alcohol, and water.
