DESCRIPTION: This class will focus on active flexibility for the upper body. We will practice exercises to help with overall shoulder and back flexibility. At the end of the class, poses will be practiced (bridges, chinstands, forearm stands, etc.). This flexibility class will be very active, as we will be working the strength within the flexibility. Any age and level welcome.
REQUIRED: yoga/exercise mat, socks, water, fitted attire that allows for easy ample movement
SUGGESTED (any/all of the following): kneepads, 1-2 yoga blocks, 1-2 sliders, yoga strap; resistance bands/loops (small/large, any levels)
