DESCRIPTION: Ignite your confidence and unleash your inner diva combining 2 types of dance apparatus plus floorwork, of course! This class enjoys the thrill of pole with the playful allure of the chair, guiding you through smooth, teasing, and sexy choreography. With or without traditional pole stilettos, you will spin, flow, and express yourself in a safe, empowering space.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING:  knee pads (for floorwork) and socks (required); clothing options include minimal pole attire (tops / bottoms with at least bikini coverage) as well as leggings and heels* for maximum movement options. Always bring yoga mat, towel, 70% isopropyl alcohol, and water.

* REMINDER: stilettos must NOT be street-worn (studio/stage-worn ONLY), MUST have rubber-sole under platform and full ankle support (in front AND back of ankle), either with straps/buckles or boot style.
