Come build a foundation in strength-based flexibility trainingβno prior experience necessary just enthusiasm for feeling ooey gooey in your body! Spend an hour working on strengthening and lengthening your range of motion in your *lower body*.
What to wear/bring: snug-fitting athletic clothing, socks and tennis shoes, water, yoga mat, yoga strap (or something similar), towel and 70% isopropyl alcohol (sometimes use pole to assist in drills or stretches); yoga blocks (optional).
