PREREQUISITE: mastered lifting into a chopper, a fairly consistent aerial basic inversion, and at least a floor-based shoulder mount
DESCRIPTION: With a collection of moves mastered at the intermediate level, we now explore the ways certain more advanced moves and transitions can really be highlighted and maybe even work best on a spinning pole.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING: At this level you must wear short-shorts and no shirt (bra top fine) as more torso skin exposure is necessary. Expect a barefoot class but welcome to bring shoes to dance in as well (same safety features required on any stilettos: grippy outsoles and secured around ankles). Always bring yoga mat, towel, 70% isopropyl alcohol, and water.
