ALL LEVELS: Exotic Dance (Pole & Floor)

This class focuses on exotic pole tricks, transitions, floorwork, hip gyrations, booty shaking, body rolls, and many other sexy techniques. There’s a lot to work with here so then we’ll put it all together choreographed into a more complete club-ready dance sequence!

Suggested Attire:  booty shorts (stilettos optional)

Required items to bring: yoga mat, alcohol and towel
