This class is combination of a concerted focus on optimizing our body's "Form" on the pole and putting that into practice connecting movements to improve our "Flow" up-down-and-around the pole. Expect to spend about 80% of the class on "Form" by conditioning for head-to-toe strength and flexibility (from posture to “pointed feet” to grip strength to hip openness, etc), which determine the range of moves we can master safely and confidently, executing these to their fullest expressions. The last 10-15 minutes of class you will get to implement the exercises and drills just completed in the “Form” part where you work on developing your own “Flow” via some guided freedance time.  Modification and variations will be offered for people at all levels of pole.

Wear short shorts and form-fitting/sports bra top.  Optional:  knee pads, leg warmers, stilettos.
