DESCRIPTION: Master the art of getting up close and personal with your lucky chair-bound audience while rocking your teasing and tantalizing dance moves. Get confident pinning your favorite person to their seat while both of you enjoy your performance!
NOTE: Must be comfortable with being in close contact with instructor or other student partner a few times during class, for no more than 2 minutes at a time, to practice understanding how to execute moves on someone seated in the chair. Student partners may be pre-selected or else instructor will assign.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING: leggings or shorts, sports bra and tank top, soft knee pads; yoga mat, towel, water.
