This class covers technique of fundamental spins (forward and backward, fans, cradles, etc) and tricks (basic climb, thigh hold, wrist seat, jasmine, and more!), to build strength and a firm grasp of these essentials, from which we can start to link together for some fun and dynamic pole flows and combinations.
For in-studio class, must bring yoga mat, towel, 70% isopropyl alcohol, and water.
