Your Trainers:
Roni  -- began pole dancing in 2014 and immediately fell in love with the creativity, grace, and athleticism of pole. She loves perfecting acrobatic moves, and challenging her strength and flexibity to grow with this evolving sport. She was an instructor at Seventh Dimension Dance in Santa Barbara from 2018-2020, and competed at PSO Pacific in 2019.  She started teaching at Pole Buzz after moving to San Diego in March 2020 where she continues to spread the love and joy of this amazing form of physical expression!
Stacey  -- started her journey pole dancing in Baltimore, MD (where she grew up) when she snuck into her first pole class at age 17. Now, 13 years later, she's still actively teaching, performing, and dancing her heart out. Stacey has been teaching for over 10 years, was a contracted pole dancer with Zhantra Entertainment, has competed and performed all over the United States, and taken home PSO Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals. Stacey has her Bachelors of Science in Community Health, is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and movement specialist. When she isn't pole dancing, Stacey loves to travel, create art, listen to true crime podcasts, bake bread, and lift some heavy weights.

Lorena -- a former Pole Fitness Alliance (PFA) Master Trainer, with over a decade of experience as a pole instructor, choreographer, performer and competitor; having judged pole competitions, and worked with pole performers and competitors, showcase and club dancers, as individuals and in training groups since 2012, Lorena has supported dozens of trainees at all levels to take their skills to stages in regional and national events. Lorena knows how to work with each dancer’s unique style to produce creative pieces that showcase their strengths and push the boundaries of their capabilities.
