
In this short 3-week series we'll learn and practice the foundations of executing partner moves on the pole, which includes establishing the significant trust & communication required, and understanding the roles in different types of positions (base/anchor-&-flyer, side-by-side, tandem/shadow, etc) for a successful pole partnership. The warm-up will include a variety of assisted (partner) stretches as well to get us prepped for working intimately together. We will then focus on trying a variety of isometric and dynamic moves and poses, both grounded and aerial. Participants may come solo or in a partnership, and should be comfortable climbing and inverting.
