***FIRST CLASS IS ON SUNDAY Nov. 2nd at 10:30AM*** (The rest are SATURDAYS at 9AM)
PREREQUISITE: solid Basic inversion and both inside and outside leg hangs; shoulder mount a bonus but not required; *ANY* level of front-split and mid/straddle-split is welcome! (Don't worry, we'll do some extra split conditioning to improve those too!)
DESCRIPTION: In this 5-week series we'll explore as many varieties among the myriad splitty poses that are possible on the pole! These are as gratifying to execute as they are surefire crowd-pleasers, and fabulous photoshoot fodder. Hit us up with your requests because the options are endless so may as well tackle your wishlist! We'll do our best to fit them all in!
NOTE: As a specialty event, these will consist of 75min, double-capacity classes, so you may be sharing a pole with 1 other person.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING: At this level must wear short-shorts and no shirt (bra top fine). Expect a barefoot class but welcome to bring dance heels (studio or stage worn ONLY). Always bring yoga mat, towel, 70% isopropyl alcohol, water, and your own preferred grip aids.
