PREREQUISITE:  solid basic inversion and shoulder mount from the floor; both inside and outside leg hangs; familiarity with brass monkey holds (upright/inversion, any entry...) 

DESCRIPTION: In this 4-week series we'll explore a variety of flips and tumbles using the pole -- some grounded, mostly aerial... These are as thrilling to execute as they are surefire crowd-pleasers. As fabulous dynamic maneuvers, it's more about the *action* here than the single snapshot pose (expect a static pole, where these types of moves make most sense and can be best appreciated. Hit us up with your requests for flips / tumbles to revisit and practice (use 'em or lose 'em!) or to learn from zero! We'll do our best to fit them all in!
NOTE:  As a specialty event, these will consist of 75min, double-capacity classes, so you may be sharing a pole with 1 other person.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING: At this level must wear short-shorts and no shirt (bra top fine). Expect a barefoot class but welcome to bring dance heels (studio or stage worn ONLY). Always bring yoga mat, towel, 70% isopropyl alcohol, water, and your own preferred grip aids.
